Return policy

1. CONSUMER RIGHTS:

You can request the exchange or return of the product within 10 calendar days, from the date of receipt of your order. Returns will be accepted within 20 days if the reason is a manufacturing defect or the product sent differs from what was requested.

Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services takes place outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.

Single paragraph. If the consumer exercises the right to repentance provided for in this article, any amounts paid, in any capacity, during the reflection period, will be returned immediately, monetarily updated.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:

I. Have an Invoice (A second copy of the Invoice can be generated directly in your registration);

II. Present the product with the barcode label affixed to the product and with all its accessories;

III. Present product without odors, stains or changes of any nature resulting from customer use;

IV. Present product without signs of washing or use;

V. Request exchange/return in a timely manner;

SAW. Deadline for exchanging/returning the product is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

2.1. The product must meet the requirements listed above, and in case of discrepancy, Global Groove reserves the right to refuse the return and send the product again to the delivery address informed in your order.

3. REQUEST FOR RETURN:

Follow the step by step:

1. Access “Orders” and click on “Exchange or return product”.

3.1. How do I send the product for exchange or return?

They must be returned by post, you will receive an email within 1 business day with the postage authorization code.

Take the properly packaged product to an Own or Franchise Post Office with the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) and the authorization code.

The postage code for returning the product is valid for up to 15 calendar days for use.

The product will be returned to Global Groove stock and once it arrives, the product will be analyzed within 5 working days. Within this period, you will receive an email confirming your request. Once the return of the product is approved, Global Groove will refund the amount paid by you.

Attention: In case of exchange, the minimum value of the new purchase must be respected. If there is a difference greater than the original value, it is the consumer's responsibility to pay the difference;

In case of a second exchange (of the same order), Global Groove will not cover the postage cost.

4. RETURN GUIDELINES:

4.1. Repentance . If you received your order, but the product was not what you expected, or if you regret your purchase. The product must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and without signs of use.

4.2. Checked before the product arrives or upon receipt, before opening . If you realized that you bought the wrong thing, it wasn't what you wanted, or if you abandoned the purchase before even receiving the product. We recommend that the product is in its original sealed packaging, with all accessories and no signs of use.

4.3. Defect or product different from what was requested. If you received the product, but noticed a functional defect, or it is not the product you purchased (deadline of 20 days). The product must be packaged so that it does not suffer damage during transportation, with all accessories and without signs of misuse or damage.

5. FORMS OF REFUND:

5.1. Slip: Within 30 business days of receiving your order at our Distribution Center, a deposit will be made into your account. Attention: Deposits will not be made into third-party accounts, only into the account designated for the purchaser.

5.2. Card: Within 3 business days of receiving your order at our Distribution Center, we will forward your cancellation request to your card administrator. The Administrator, in turn, makes refunds within 60 days (variable depending on the closing of your invoice).

5.3. Pix: For purchases paid with PIX, the amount will be refunded by providing the details of the customer who made the payment within up to 72 (seventy-two) hours.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS:

Global Groove has an exchange and returns policy in line with the consumer protection code and other applicable legislation, not departing from any rights provided, given its commitment to customers.
