●What kind of tickets are available?
€150 euros - Early bird tickets - for sign-ups only. Full access to Mochakk Calling Festival and Mochakk Calling Festival Afterparties.
€180 euros - 1st Phase Tickets. Full access to Mochakk Calling Festival and Mochakk Calling Festival Afterparties on July 26th and 27th.
€220 euros - 2nd Phase Tickets. Full access to Mochakk Calling Festival and Mochakk Calling Festival Afterparties on July 26th and 27th.
€250 euros - VIP Tickets. VIP ticket holders will be able to make use of separate VIP Entrance, VIP Bars, and VIP Restrooms at UNO during the nights.
● I bought a ticket but did not receive it what should I do?
Tickets are usually sent out to all attendees approximately 1 month before the festival starting date, as long as the full balance has been paid.
● Can I change or cancel my ticket after I bought it?
Tickets (both hotel and party pass) cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except as outlined in the Mochakk Calling Festival Terms & Conditions.
If the event is cancelled or materially altered, refunds will be processed in accordance with Mochakk Calling Festival official refund policy.
If a customer cancels their ticket, they will lose their deposit and any previously paid instalments. Mochakk Calling Festival may, at its sole discretion, approve cancellations but will not refund instalments already paid.
